Rang yesterday to spend a 150 voucher I husbsnd had got for his 40th birthday.we tried booking October after his birthday to say all the track days were booked ring back in spring for when more dates available.i rang yesterday after looking at the web site.3 car taster and 1 hot car lap was 89 plus 30 to double the laps.the voucher said 150 so I thought he could have the above with change left over for a photo.I was very wrong.when I spoke to the sales lady she said the price was 150 just for the 3 tester laps when the voucher was purchased so that was the deal he had to have.it is now on offer.so the same deal as cost 61 more.this is so wrong.she said confirmation would be emailed to my address in the next 5 mins.i waited an hour but still nothing so rang back.she confirmed my email and I waited until today yet nothing.ive just found out that the confirmation as gone to the person who originally purchased the voucher not the person booking or using the voucher.its a rip off before he as even been.Not happy at all. The first lap was awful because the instructor basically "punished" me for not buying the "guided tour" (which should've really been part of the experience) -- the briefing session had no useful information whatsoever, just a 15 minute sales pitch for all the addons, including, you know, telling you the boundaries of the track!Anyway apart from the first one, which was awful due to the instructor being overly restrictive with everything and telling me not to change gear, the rest were more enjoyable.
